My Approach

My approach is based on collaboration between us, and I practise integratively which means that I work flexibly based on your individual needs, using a range of therapeutic ways of working including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred and Psychodynamic therapies.

I will welcome whatever you bring with curiosity, rather than judgement. This helps us to form a safe therapeutic relationship which is the foundation for us to be able to truly explore together and work through what is troubling you.

I work in a relational way, which means that the therapeutic relationship between us will be a key part of our work together, using the relationship between us to build awareness and understanding and in turn facilitate changes in your life and relationships outside of our time together.

I will offer you a compassionate, reliable and confidential space to share and explore. My aim is always to support and empower you to find your way to what feels like a better place.

I offer sessions in-person in EN5 and N12, and online via Zoom. I offer both short and long term support, depending on your individual needs and will regularly review together with you to ensure that you feel you are progressing in our time together.
